Philip M. Anthony is the Managing Member of Jeffords Anthony and guides clients through a variety of tax and legal challenges. With a background that spans both law and accountancy, Philip is known for his down-to-earth approach and practical solutions for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Philip received his Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and served as Trial Advocacy Chairman. He later earned a Master’s in Tax Law (LL.M.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, which deepened his ability to assist clients with complex tax matters.
Philip’s work has been recognized within the legal and local business communities. He was honored as the Best Business and Startup Attorney in the 2020 Best of Jackson awards as well as a finalist for Best Tax Attorney, Best Estate Planning Attorney, and Best Local Attorney. Philip was also recognized as a “Leader in Law” by the Mississippi Business Journal in 2023.
Outside his professional life, Philip, his wife Taylor, and their son Sanders are active members of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Jackson, where he currently serves on the Board of Deacons. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Stuapalooza Memorial Golf Tournament, helping raise funds for suicide prevention and scholarships for Madison County students in memory of Stuart Smith. In his free time, Philip enjoys supporting Mississippi State athletics, spending time outdoors hunting, and golfing with friends and family.

Dustin R. Jeffords serves as the Managing Member of Jeffords Anthony PLLC, where he combines his extensive educational credentials with a commitment to client service and community involvement. Before establishing himself as a respected tax attorney Dustin’s background in athletics and collegiate basketball player instilled in him values of teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking that he applies to his legal practice.
Family and faith form the cornerstone of Dustin's life outside the office. He and his wife Camille are raising their twin boys, Jack and Dayton, and their youngest son Henry as active members of the Siwell Road Church of Christ in Jackson, Mississippi. At Siwell Road, Dustin serves as a deacon, overseeing the church's financial matters including budgeting, banking, and fund management.
When not practicing law, Dustin prioritizes family time and maintains his passion for sports by attending Ole Miss athletic events with them. Dustin's commitment to service extends to various charitable endeavors, including his participation in the Canopy Children's Solutions Canopy Golf Classic. His coaching experience as the Junior High Boys Basketball Coach at Canton Academy further demonstrates his dedication to youth development and community engagement.
Through his blend of advanced education, athletic experience, professional expertise, and community service, Dustin exemplifies a commitment to excellence that benefits both his clients and his community. As a member of the Mississippi Bar, he has been practicing tax law since his admission, bringing specialized knowledge and dedicated service to individuals and businesses throughout the country.

Seth was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana but has been an adopted resident of Mississippi since graduation from The Mississippi College School of Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi and the United States Tax Court. Seth has experience in several different practice areas during his career, including criminal defense, personal injury, insurance defense, business law and toxic torts and class actions in addition to his current tax and estate law practice at Jeffords Anthony. His legal career has taken him to courts across the country, including arguing on several occasions before the Mississippi Supreme Court. Seth, his wife Whitney, and his three children, Alden, Hudson, and Anna Clayton, reside in Madison, Mississippi and attend Pinelake Church. In his spare time, he enjoys attending Ole Miss sporting events and watching his kids participate in sports.

David F. Gremillion brings nearly a decade of litigation experience to clients throughout the Greater New Orleans area and beyond. Born in New Orleans and raised in Thibodaux, David now serves as Partner leading the Mandeville office at Jeffords Anthony. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of the South, David graduated from Mississippi College School of Law, where he received the prestigious AmJur Award for Best Paper in Sports Law. He later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law so that he could provide the expertise that his clients have come to expect and deserve.
David's current practice is focused on estate planning, tax controversy, audit defense, business general counsel and business consulting. Having practiced in a wide range of areas including tax, criminal law, insurance defense, injury law, maritime, professional malpractice, and employment law to name a few, David is uniquely positioned to help individuals and businesses navigate complex problems by offering zealous advocacy and creative solutions. David has been recognized for his litigation talents through multiple accolades, including selection as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in Tax for 2024, 2025, and 2026 as well as being selected Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and he is admitted to practice before the IRS.
When not advocating for clients, David cheers on the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints, explores his passion for cooking, and treasures time with his wife, Blaire, and their three young children. With more than three decades of hands-on leadership in operational management, John Hopkins serves as Vice President of Operations, where he oversees strategic initiatives, process improvement, and cross-functional team performance. Over the course of his career, John has held key leadership roles at three Fortune 500 companies, building a reputation for driving efficiency, fostering high-performance cultures, and delivering measurable results.
John’s professional journey began after earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University, where he developed a strong foundation in business strategy and organizational leadership. His experience spans multiple industries and includes a proven track record in scaling operations, implementing cost-saving measures, and optimizing workflows to align with long-term business objectives.
A thoughtful and collaborative leader, John is known for his ability to bring people together across departments, bridge gaps between strategy and execution, and mentor emerging leaders. His approach to leadership is grounded in integrity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the complexities of modern business environments.
John currently resides in Madison, Mississippi, with his wife, Julie. Outside of the office, he is an avid supporter of Ole Miss athletics and enjoys attending games, connecting with the community, and spending time with family.
Erin Yeargin

Erin is originally from Slidell, LA. She spent the last 11 years living in Wentzville, Missouri (right outside St. Louis), where she began her career as a legal assistant with a focus on Estate Planning. Erin has worked with many clients, their families and their financial professionals during the estate planning process.
Erin, her husband and two sons recently relocated to Mandeville, Louisiana. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being outside on the water.
